ISIS Terrorists from Afghanistan Kill at Least 133 in Major Attack in Moscow - US Had Warned Russia

Russia has detained 11 people in the attack on a suburban Moscow concert hall that killed at least 133 people and left the sprawling venue a smoldering ruin. Earlier this month, U.S. officials had privately shared intelligence with Russian officials about an impending attack. Putin ignored the warning.
